Received your order and excitedly opened the package only to discover…
- Your item is the incorrect size
- It doesn’t quite suit you
- It’s not exactly what you thought it was, or
- You’ve simply changed your mind?
No need to panic, if you aren’t completely happy with your order, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a credit voucher, within 14 DAYS of the purchase date on the invoice. This voucher will then be valid for a period of 6 months.
All postage costs for returning goods are the customers responsibility and will only be refunded in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Just contact us by email at [email protected] to let us know you’re not happy with the item/s, post it back with the returns form within 14 days unworn, unwashed, and the tags attached and we will exchange for your new item or credit voucher.
In the case that the item is faulty you are welcome to a refund or exchange or credit voucher.
Returns which cannot be sent back;
- Items returned outside the 14 day period
- Worn or damaged items (including make up/perfume)
- Items with tags removed
- Sale items
